Order

Are your books available in bookstores?

No. At the moment our books are only available exclusively on our website www.bookchest.shop

No, you can’t. Once you have confirmed an order, it is final. No further changes or cancellation can be made.

For purchases outside Malaysia, please reach out to us at bookchestr@gmail.com to arrange a separate payment and shipping method accordingly.

Yes! Any books by the author (Norhafsah Hamid) that you have purchased from Book Chest website will be a signed version from the author herself 😊.

Payment

How do I make payment?

For local customers, we only provide payment via Online Banking FPX.

We don’t accept any cash-on-delivery payment at this juncture.

Delivery

What are your delivery methods and cost?

For delivery, we have selected PosLaju as our main delivery service,

It is a Doorstep delivery and we don’t provide any Self-Collection service at the moment.

The shipping cost will be calculated based on weight, dimension and destination. The total shipping cost will be computed during checkout prior to completion of your order.

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the time of order.

West Malaysia and East Malaysia Shipping
Please allow 5-7 business days for courier to deliver from date of shipping.

International Shipping
We accept International Orders, subject to availability of courier service for the country of destination. International delivery is up to 14 business days. The delivery may delay due to Customs Clearance of recipient’s country.

Customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed for their orders.

BOOKCHEST is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are confirmed as delivered by the courier. For such cases, please contact the courier service for assistance.
